These Terms govern your purchase and use of software plugins sold by WPMints ("we", "us"). By purchasing or installing a WPMints plugin, you agree to these Terms.

1. What you're buying

Each WPMints plugin is licensed, not sold. Purchasing a subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the plugin's Pro features on sites you own or manage, for as long as your subscription remains active. Each plugin also has a free tier with reduced functionality that requires no purchase or license key.

2. Subscriptions and billing

All WPMints plugin licenses are sold as recurring subscriptions, billed monthly or annually depending on the plan you choose at checkout.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled.
You can cancel anytime from the subscription management page. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

4. License keys

Your license key is tied to your purchase and validated automatically by the plugin. Don't share your license key publicly or with people outside your own organization — if a key is used in a way that looks abusive (e.g. leaked and used across many unrelated sites), we may revoke it.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse-engineer, resell, sublicense, or redistribute a WPMints plugin's Pro code, and not to use the plugins or this site to violate applicable law.

6. Intellectual property

WPMints and its plugins, including all code, design, and branding, remain our property. Your license grants usage rights only — it does not transfer ownership of any code to you.

7. No warranty

WPMints plugins are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not guarantee the plugins will be error-free or compatible with every WordPress or WooCommerce configuration.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WPMints is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our plugins, including lost revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use a WPMints plugin after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
